Hi, I'm 78 years old, a black gospel singer, therefore, my health is very important part of my daily living. I walk daily, never smoked, and strive to stay healthy. Go to the gym when weather is not suitable for walking. Have a daughter that is a fitness trainer, therefore, she guides me in the right directions... I am new new, so will update you as the years goes by.... For my knee pain I get shots in my knee every three years... real good doctor...

Great to have you in the community @Foxygrandma ! What a nice way to introduce yourself. Singing is a really healthy activity for so many reasons. Singing is social and also gives your lungs a good work out. Keep up the good work and please share any other tips you have for staying active and healthy :-)
