THAT IS WHY I ALWAYS ADVOCATE WATER EXERCISE--WALKING AND MOVING IN A POOL WITH WATER AT CHEST LEVEL--NO SWIMMING--THIS DOES WORK. RJ

Welcome to the group. I agree with RamonJimenez. I have ARTHRITIS of my knees and ankles. Sometimes the flare- ups are pretty painful. My husband and I go to the pool and just walk by following the wall of the pool. I always feel better and it is a great time for us to talk.
