Lung pain

i have had a severe pain in my right lung since Monday it hurts really bad when I breath sniff and cough I can't sleep as it's so bad I have been taking loads of pain relief and antibiotics but it just won't go does anyone no what this mabe am desperate for a good cough and sleep without this pain

I looked up some of your questions, you like me have scleroderma, with inhalers and lost lung capacity you could have pnuemonia.I would surely call your doctors office and let them know. Better safe than sorry. Good luck.

I too have scleroderma with, raynauds, pulmonary fibrosis, and other issues. Of them all the lung problem is the one that I have to deal with the most. I would suggest that you get to the doctor quickly and you may need to see a pulmonologist. Good luck.

I agree with the others. I have this issue every now and then and for the most part it is just congestion that i cant get up due to the capacity that my lungs can expand to get a good enough cough in to get the junk up. I hope you are regularly seeing a pulmanologist already. Also if you have not gotten a pnuemonia vaccine I highly suggest it right away. The vaccines are good for 5 or 10yrs. Please go to the dr. and have your lungs checked out. Its always better to be safe than sorry. ((hugs)) sorry your in pain. Im Praying for fast relief for you.

Thanks got an appointment on monday regarding my lungs the right one is still really sore and mow my legs are swelling Am so wonderin y my legs and ankles are swelling now ??

I had pnuemonia still on antibiotics but home now just tonight xx
