Hi i work part time in a shop and we will have to have the door open all the time through the winter, any tips in keeping warm?

Any tips will be of help, will not be allowed to wear gloves.

Surely they won't mind the silver gloves that are thin enough to allow you to feel what you are doing and you can put inside the mycoal hand warmers. Wear layers and warm socks. Can you have a heater behind the counter?

I would also say laters/boywarmers, good socks and boots/shoes (assuming you can chose your footwear!). Avoid the cold air flows on your fingers, in my experience it is the temperature fluctuation which can cause the trigger of a Raynaud's attack. I can send you a homemade finger protector which can be used if you are only at the doorway intermittently (I used it while working outside in London last january).
