No I only know that whenever I've been tested (ECG like) it has been normal.

The only way this can be measured (from my understanding) accurately is with a cardiac catheter. I have had 2, the first one 8 years ago and at that time I was diagnosed with a slight case of PAH and put on intermittent O2. Since that time I have been diagnosed with severe PAH and put on constant O2 (24/7) and am now trying to get on a lung transplant list. I am considered high risk due to the acid reflux. I also have a severely enlarged heart (it literally presses on my liver) they're hoping that with the lung tx it will return to normal as it won't have to work so hard to pump oxygen to my lungs.
