My hands swell when the get freezing and go white, does anyone else with Raynauds have their hands swell when it is hot weather and get the same pins & needles pain? as mine go bright red adn hurt just the same

Yes. Anything like the wind, change of temperature can cause a reaction. But on the whole it is better when the weather is warm.

Yes. I agree about the change of temperature. I also have started sweating a lot, expecially at night. Is this common?

Had this problem all my life, until I started attending exercise classes 4 times a week. Took about 2 years and a fair bit of juicing & since then I haven't had this problem with my fingers and even my toes are much better now. I've since adjusted my lifestyle to include regular exercise & a healthier diet & plenty of juicing seems to have done the trick
