Cold hands

I have conventional Raynaud's disease but I have notic ed when I play table tennis or do other things with my hands they remain cold even though the rest of my body is very warm. Also, I wear 250 denier tights and although my feet feel sort of warm, when I take my tights off they are freezing cold. Is this part of Raynaud's disease?

Short answer is yes, but if you are wondering if you may also have another illness such as scleroderma, then ask for antibody testing.

Yes, that is exactly how it is with Raynauds. You can have normal circulation, but it stops at the wrist!

I don't wear tights, so not sure what thickness 250 is, but do you have warmer, thicker tights for winter (if tights are what you wear)?

Cold hands and feet are just normal for me - they've been like that since childhood, and I don't consider either to be remarkable or a cause for concern. I just wear warm socks and gloves and don't worry about it. (I'm still sometimes surprised at how hot other people's hands are, though. )
