I recently watched a lecture given by Dr. Frances Hall to SRUK. During the course of the lecture, she mentioned that people suffering from Reynaud’s should not take Amyltriptiline. Does anyone know why? Sorry the pic is so dark. Screen shot, and darkened room.

If you google ‘ amyltriptiline and Raynauds’, there are some reports of a small risk of the drug causing peripheral coldness so presumably if this does happen, it could exacerbate existing Raynauds.
