I have had so many problems with the digital ulcers on my fingers since it got cold an suffer with so much pain..

Hi, are you on any medication for your raynaurds? You should really speak to you Rheumatologist or GP ASAP. I know that it's easier said than done these days with Covid but you don't want them to get out of control. I have Iloprost which doesn't stop them and to be honest does nothing for the raynaurds but I find that the ulcers are much much worse without it. Do you work at all? Total nightmare with the slightest change in temperature. Take care, X

You really should try and find one. I don't want to worry you but if your Raynaurds is so severe that your getting ulcers you need treatment and investigations to make sure that you don't have an underlying condition, X

I completely understand your pain and have suffered also with digital ulcers. I use far infrared gloves and socks which really help to keep my hands and feet warm. I also use triple antibiotic ointment and keep my fingers covered with bandages when I get the ulcers. It seems to help them heal a little bit faster. My doctor also prescribed a nitroglycerin cream to use around ankles and fingers where you would wear rings which helps the blood flow to extremities. Good luck and hope you find a good doctor.

Sorry for your pain, but since you don't have a Dr. there isn't a lot to do. Any reason for not having a Dr.? Even a PCP can help. I know it's hard getting into a Rheumy, I've waited a year in CA and it's not for Raynauds it's for Sclero. I have both, and Sclero caused kidney disease now.
