Hi
I developed Raynaud's shortly after being diagnosed with Covid and am considering whether there is any link between the two (i.e. long covid) or whether it is just coincidence.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Thanks,
Ed

There could well be an associated link as Covid-19 is turning out to be a very vascular disease with lots of inflammation involved and raynauds (especially secondary raynauds) is associated with immune system disorders. I’ve personally had raynauds over 30 years and autoimmune disease for 20. I did see an escalation in my raynauds attacks after my 2nd vaccination but it settled down again.
I have had sever raynauds for about 12-14 years, my raynauds got a lot worse between March 2020 and June 2020, it very much could be the stress of the situation but also turns out I had covid in March. My hands were so swollen and had such bad raynauds considering it was so warm in 2020 my skin was all broken and bleeding and just my hands were so painful with all the raynauds attacks. It could of been stress or the effects of covid either way I’m blaming the pandemic
