Hi folks, a gentle reminder that we will be having our usual conference call at 11am GMT. We are using the Zoom and this will allow you to stay just on audio if you're shy, or video too if you want to be seen.

The instructions are -

Download Zoom on your phone, tablet or computer.

To Join our Zoom Meeting

please click on this link

us04web.zoom.us/j/538040526...

That should automatically direct you to us.

All you have to remember is to join in at at 11am. We'll be there every Sunday.

The meeting will last for 40 minutes, after which time we will have a comfort break of 5 or so minutes and you need to log back in for the 2nd half if you wish to using the same link.

Any problems, feel free to let me know.

There are no restrictions on what to talk about, it's an informal gathering to support each other through this pandemic.

If you want to join or just pop in to see what it's all about, just follow the steps above. You're all more than welcome to join us.

Feel free to join us if you're international too. We would love to hear from you.

Stay safe folks x
