Doubts about lupus

Hello all, My name´s Fiorella and I was diagnosed with primary Raynauds 5 years ago. Until now I never had other symptoms except for the typical change of colour in my fingers with the cold. But two days ago I started noticing a butterfly-shaped rash across my cheeks and nose after taking a shower. I know this may be a symptom of lupus but as I don´t have any other symptom I don´t know if I should be worry.

Can somebody give me some advice in other changes that I should notice in case is lupus? Also I don´t know if I should go to the doctor or just wait.

Any help would be very appreciated.Thanks in advance and keep safe

Hi, I also have primary raynaurd and also have the butterfly affect over my nose and cheeks but presume it's the new medication I'm taking,are you taking any medication for symptoms?

Thanks for your answer. I’m not taking any medication at the moment and I never did because my symptom were never severe.
