Yes, mine frequently go like this! I have tried all sorts of medication which haven't helped, just started snidofil which i'm hoping will.

Yes, oh yes!! Mine used to be that bad all year round. I started taking lacidipine (2mg per day), which helped a bit but then added sildenafil three times a day. That has made a huge difference to me. Far fewer attacks and much less severe when they happen. It has really changed my life!

Do you also wear wrist warmers, lots of layers? Hat, scarf, gloves, etc. My specialist nurse advised me to put my gloves on and do up my coat, etc before I leave the house. It’s funny that I hadn’t realised that I didn’t do those things before! Funniest part is me trying to lock the front door wearing my giant sheepskin mittens! ☺️ X

Yes, all the time. Even touching cold or frozen food. Much better now since I started taking nifedipine

Hi.i too live in scotland(dundee) and my hands go red like yours and most of my fingers pure white.i have bought an occula electric hand warmer and a pair of ugg gloves and a pair of gloves from the raynauds website.the raynauds gloves are not that thick but strangely my raynauds hasn't kicked off when I've had them on.

Try the little gel hand warmers tucked into the palms of your hands inside your gloves. Works for me when event marshalling. The more I clap my hands the warmer they get!

Can't do it now but when i used to go to sainburys my fingers froze up. I took to wearing gloves to give myself a chance of getting my debit card out of my wallet.

Flapping my hands vigorously for a few minutes worked well to get the blood back

I can relate. I walk around in the summertime with gloves on because the air condition keeps my hands cold and they turn white and hurt. Any cold air or if I touch anything cold my hands turn white. I take vitamin d and my levels are good but I still have problems with them turning. Just typing and the air makes my hand hurt also. I found some rechargeable hand warmer on amazon that I love. They help out a lot other than that I was wearing gloves that only worked for a short time, or I was going to the bathroom running warm water on them to get the blood flowing. It kept me away from the things I need to do. But these hand warmers have been a lifesaver. they are called Jomst or CooPA. they may be a little costly but so worth it. I happen to catch mines on sale around Christmas time. If anyone order them I hope they will help you just as much as they help me. Let me know if you try them and like them. Best of luck to every one.

Hi .i live in dundee in scotland and yes my raynauds can be as bad as yours ,i got a bit of a fright when my pinky turned white as well, sometimes when my hands are cold its just the first two fingers and other times its the pinkies,I've got ugg gloves but its better to put them on while your hands are warm as they keep them warm.roll on summertime.
