Struggling to accept diagnosis is only ‘likely raynauds’. My feet don’t bother me however my arms legs and hands look and feel dead.. they ache and they burn around my elbows knees and knuckles with a visible bright red patchy rashes. My knees click crunch and creak every time I bend as do most of my joints. Can primary raynauds do this much?
I tested normal for antinuclear antibodies in August as I researched and thought it could be lupus however I can’t stress enough how much pain and discomfort I feel in my own body but everybody thinks I’ve gone crazy 🤷🏼♀️
Any ideas?

You can have normal antibodies with a rheumatic disease. It’s less common - but affects around 30% of those with RA, Sjögren’s and others.
Also there are spondyloarthropothies which are almost always seronegative such as Psoriatic Arthritis - which you can have without the psoriasis.
So answer to your question - if you have that much pain and rashes then I would request to be more extensively tested eg Rheumatoid Factor, inflammation levels and full blood count, ENA panel. Even if all are normal/ negative then you may still have seronegative inflammatory arthritis with Raynaud’s.
