Excessive Hairfall with Folitrax 7.5

Hi Friends...

I am currently on folitrax 7.5 once a week for limited scleroderma and i am experiencing excessive hairfall which concerns me a lot... i am 35 years and i feel i might get bald spots with this speed of hairfall...

Anyone experiencing the same.... pls share...are you doing anything to prevent hairfall.

Hi there, sorry to hear about your hair loss. You really need to talk to your Consultant/specialist nurse about this. They need to review the situation and decide if there are other forms of treatment that they can use that don't give you this side effect. Are you on folic acid to counteract some of these issues?

No i am not on folic acid supplements...will talk to my doctor about it...thanks
