Spontaneous finger bruising

Hello everyone, I new here and have found all the Information very helpful. I haven't been formally diagnosed with Raynaud's but I have all the symptoms. Recently I have had several spontaneous painful bruising on my fingers. Last night I end up in the hospital with blood in my urine, after been sick with fever ,body aches and nausea for 2 days. All blood work were normal. Renal and liver function plus CBC, all normal. Got home and had another spontaneous bruise on my finger. Decided to search and found this site. Thank you.

I have simultaneous raynauds + eythromelalgia secondary to systemic lupus+ several other primaries... & i have been managing my version of this for decades, and have joined in quite a few discussions here re Spontaneous non-contact bruising aka paroxysmal haematomas, eg here is a link to one of these:
