Head fullness /swollen legs

Hi there wondering if anyone has advice on head fullness , ive been getting the worst of it the last 3 months or so , i get whooshing in my head and nearly faint at times almost like im about to black out but i dont , ive only started plaquenil about 2 weeks ago this was going on beforehand also and im on pantoprazol for my gerd and mini pill for BC . Ive only been diagnosed with crest syndrom going on 2 yrs now ,reynauds and vertigo , osteoartritis in my feet as far as diagnosis . Any info apteciated
