Back then I used to get this weird like surge rush feeling like kinda like I’m getting shock and now it’s starting to happen again so intensely. I can just feel the itchiness on my skin. I’m kinda dizzy to at times and idk what to do. It’s such a scary feeling and idk what’s causing it so it’s making me even more afraid. Does anyone know what’s the cause or if they felt the exact same way before or still. Let me know. Its even hard to function and go out cuz it happens wherever.

Does it feel like brain zaps? That could be medication that causes that. Brain zaps is like electric shocks in your brain and it's scary as hell. Antidepressants can be bad for it.
I too get a zapp feeling ,this is usually in my brain that's with no medication,i get problems with my arm muscles pretty bad and I'm convinced its possibly when the muscles go into spasm as it feels a bit like an electric shock, this seems to happen to me if i lean on my worse affected arm, also when my neck muscles go into severe spasm the dizziness is horrendous it feels like you have just came off a fast roundabout.
I kinda feel on your post accidentally. I am a stage 4 MBC survivor and have been on Cymbalta since my bone fracture crisis requiring surgery in late 2017. It is an antidepressant but known to help with nerve pain.
I don't know what meds you are on but trying to get off of Cymbalta is known to give brain zaps. I experienced a few of them while lowering my dosage and given my diagnosis figure staying on it is better than dealing with the withdrawal symptoms... which others report can be severe.
