I’m currently under investigation for CREST etc this is my hands after they’ve been blue. Is this the normal changes? They burn like hell as soon as they start to warm up.

Hi, yes that's what happens to me too, but I take Tadanafil and Amlodipine and hardly feel any pain, just pins and needles as the nerves recover. Good luck with all the process, there are things to help once you get into the system. 😀X

Thanks for the reply I am already on Losartan for high bp which from what I’ve read is sometimes prescribed to help Raynauds but it’s not helping me. I’m just hoping my bloods show something they can help me with 🙁 x

Don't give up hope. It took a while for me to find the right combo of drugs for a whole raft of symptoms, but I'm functioning pretty well now. I've learnt over about 14 years how to keep warm and avoid inducing negative things. Good luck with the journey. Xx

That's the blood getting back into your fingertips.

It's a bit when your leg or arm went to sleep / got numb if you laid on it and then you get the pins and needles once the blood get flow freely again.
