Painful and swollen hands

Hi

I have raynauds, hands feet and lips, it’s been quite bad recently but today my hands haven’t really been cold but they’re red, swollen and splitting and rather sore. They look like fat sausages. Is this the Rays? X

SRUK.co.uk states “ The main 3 scleroderma symptoms to look out for are swollen fingers, Raynaud's and reflux/ heartburn” - is suggest your Raynauds May be secondary to another condition. Take a photo of your swollen hands for when you’ve an appointment (in case they aren’t swollen when you’re seen) and see your GP for a referral to a Rheumatologist for tests (they’re all simple tests nothing worrying) x

I don't get a lot of bad raynauds attacks but I do get very red sore and swollen knuckles/hands. Blood tests were fine last year but they're getting worse so maybe I should get them done again. It'd be a good idea to take pictures as the bear says because when you go the docs all is usually ok and then it starts again when you leave. Take care x
