Hi all
As the question asks above, I’m considering some kind of fillers or Botox injections and wondered if anyone here has had it with Scleroderma diagnosis?

Hi all

I do get botox and other fillers and no issues at all. Let the clinic know of your diagnosis.
Hi, I have horrible furrows round my mouth (lips really thin too), as well as developing furrows across my chin, too, from limited scleroderma. They look really awful, especially as the rest of my face looks fine. When I had a recent appointment at the Royal Free Hospital in London, I mentioned it to Professor Chakravarty, who referred me to a specialist plastic surgeon at the same hospital. I saw the surgeon in early December and he is operating on me on 20th February. I thought it would be like Botox or filler, but it’s actually a more long lasting specialist surgery, with general anaesthetic procedure taking approximately two hours. It will involve fat transfer and should give me my top lip back again, and enable more flexibility in my mouth (currently tight and small). As well as filing out the horrible lines round my mouth.
I will update you with some before and after photos.
Hope all is going well for you all x
I asked my Rheum if I could have some work done she said yes but that I might not heal as fast can’t wait to go in the end of January
She wrote me a note for my spa
