Who takes what Supplements?

After reading posts on here I thought I would try Magnesium and Vit D. What else should I be taking?

Ginko biloba? Garlic? Turmeric? Vitamins C&E combined? That’s what I plan to do over the colder months... all have been recommended in a brochure from Royal Free Hospital :)

You ought to get your vit D levels tested. If they are very low then a maintenance dose of over the counter tablets will not touch it, you should be put on a high dose probably on prescription, for a few months and then a daily maintenance dose.
