A HUGE THANK YOU

Thanks to all you wonderful people who replied to my previous post, this is a fantastic site, where we can support each other through the good times and the not so good times. I did some gardening today, a full hour!!!! out in the sunshine, getting rid of the weeds, that although we have had so little rain, they seem to keep growing, and not the flowers and shrubs! and my lawn! which is looking a bit worse for wear. I think I am going to wake up tomorrow with a few aches and pains, but they will all be in a good cause. I am determined not to succumb to this irritating thing called depression or to our friend Scleroderma and its brother Ray nauds, in fact digging up the weeds and throwing them in my bin was rather theraputic, and when I put the lid down it was like saying thats where my demons belong, and they will not be there for long because the bin men come on Monday, haha. So here I am tapping away to you all and sending you all my love and hugs, may we continue to support each other, and most of all keep smiling folks, keep waving, xxxx

Good thinking!

Go you girl! I too did some tidying up in the garden yesterday, always a little more than I intended to then wondering what price to be paid later but oh my what satisfaction! Yes it easy to become depressed when thinking of all we used to be able to do and how we are now but yes I'm right with you on the damn Sclero, Ray and their buddies there's life to be lived....and weeds to be pulled! Have a wonderful weekend and my very best wishes ☺️X x

Hi gindy, welcome back. Yes it"s amazing how a slight change in the temperature can make us realise that Scleroderma and her brother Ray nauds are just waiting to make their presence felt again. Take care sending you warm hugs, xxx
