Hallo
I have scleroderma for last 2 years, from about 6 months I have pain in my right kidney which recently got stronger. Did anyone have a similar experience? Is it dangerous?
I would be very grateful for any information.
Regards
Ela

I have kidney issues and generally there is no pain. Kidney disease is often a silent disease so if you have pain it should definitely be investigated.
Don't get bound by fear as it may be something that is easily dealt with and fear won't help you anyway. But do go to your gp and get further advice
Hi there, something to just get checked out with your GP. They can easily do a urine test and kidney function blood tests to see if there is an issue.
All my best

Hi I am sorry to hear that you are having pain I to had very bad pain but in my left side. My doctor said it was unusual because scleroderma usually attack both kidneys but I lost my left kidney but my right one is fine. So if that’s the case with you just try to look at it as I did it could have been both kidneys and the better part you can live a normal life with just one kidney. So as the others said get it checked out that’s very important.
