Hi , I joined because I believe I have Raynaud's Phenomenon........... undiagnosed but suspected for years.............. always rugged-up and cold, fingers and feet turning white and green but I also have a lot of neck, back, hip, and testicle pain and lately ..... joint pain. The only thing I can remember from my history is an uncomfortable and painful experience with a Chiropractor's acupuncture needles ................ can anyone tell me if there could be a link between that experience and the Raynaud's and/or other symptoms ?

Hello BriZeee sorry to hear you are having problems like the rest of us. I do think you should visit your GP and try to get an informed diagnosis. With these strange diseases everyone's symptoms are different. If you get a medical person to give an opinion it may help put your mind at rest - it does sound like you have circulation issues. Let us know how you get on.
Hello all, I know for a fact nobody here is going to like what I have to say. I have been formally diagnosed with Reynaud’s in my pre teen years and have had symptoms ranging from minor, in my opinion, to awful and unbearable. My grandma has this syndrome as well and has fought it with no avail. I was super lucky and figured out a way to beat it. I am not going to tell anyone to do anything that may be against their personal or religious beliefs, however I found no more relief than when I stated to have an alcoholic beverage on a regular basis. Say what you want but think about it. Alcohol thins your blood, relaxes you, and your muscles. Well what would you rather pump into your system? A little of grandpas juice or some pharmaceutical company’s idea of how you should be better? I swear on my kids and everything that moderate, not ABUSIVE alcohol consumption has made all the difference in the word.
