Hi, hospital just rang to say no clinic today, the Doctor can not get in. Extra clinic details to follow, so its under the blanket, watching tele for me. Am I happy of course I am. Smile and wave folks, smile and wave.

Hi Bear, its just something I say to keep me going, cos as long as i can smile I will, and as long as I can lift my arm to wave I will.

Hello there, I thought you might like these links lovely lady. I was doing a stress management session at work with a colleague and she said that whenever her husband gets stressed at work or has to deal with someone difficult he copies the Madagascar penguins and say 'Smile and Wave boys, Smile and wave' and I instantly thought of you.

Hi Lucy, thanks for your reply, yep, my smile and wave folks, smile and wave, is my mantra, and gets me through my not so good days, and my better days, infact just saying it, makes me smile ha ha.
