Very painful finger tips

I have been experiencing quite a lot of pain in my hands and fingers. Sometimes they are shooting pains and other times it feels like my fingertips are burning. I also feel as if they are pulling my fingers which is not a nice feeling. Is there anyone who is experiencing these things? Thank you very much.

I have had this in the past and overlooked it too long. My rheumatologist arranged an emergency response to the lack of blood reaching my poor painful parts. I suggest you have an emergency appointment with your rheumatologist.

Hi yes, my hands are swollen, hot palms, painful and dry. I've not started nifedipine yet as fingers are very dry and hot unless it's freezing outside. What treatment did you get, Zenabb?

Sorry Rudiguer you're having thus...the burning fingertips is very annoying isn't it?

Do others also feel like the padding/ tone of the flesh is changing? Also,, tingling fingertips makes it difficult or painful to pick up things.
