Sore nose

Does anyone else suffer with a sore nose it feels like it's raw inside and constant for weeks then clears up for a while then starts again. Coyld it be ulcers? Diagnosed with Scleroderma for 7 years have iloprost on a monthly basis take amlodypine sildenafil pregablin ranatadine omeprazole and asprin ......and the occasional gin!

You can get dryness and skin is tightening but all the meds have side affects. I would look there first. Try natural saline rinse a few days if there is an ulcer or infection that will help and plain old Vaseline or any oils are good inside the nose to moisturize. Have a good day 🌻
