Am I having anxiety? Strange symptoms.

I used to have constant anxiety and panic attacks, I had it well controlled and have been off medication for 2 years.

10 days ago I woke up in the middle of the night with a strange buzzing/vibrating sensation all througbt my body. After about 20 minutes I started shaking badly and my heart was racing. It seemed like a panic attack minus any anxious feeling or thoughts.

Since that night I constantly have the same internal shaking, but my heart is calm. Every morning I feel very confused and I am very pale, that soon goes away and the internal shaking continues. I'm trying to get to my doctor, but I leave in 2 days for vacation so it seems unlikely.

Any thoughts?

Hi. It certainly sounds like panic attacks! Is it similar to your previous experiences? Hope you can get to see the Doctor soon as you certainly need to check it out.
