Recently read that someone did well taking 200 mg Garlic, 240 mg. Butcher's Broom and 3000 mg. Ginko. Are you sure it's 3000mg. Ginko and not 300mg. Ginko? Was this a typo? Have ordered all of these online with Puritan's Pride. They have great sales. Will try anything to reduce the Raynaud's.

Hi Richmi, I take 150mg of Ginkgo so I think 3000 sounds quite excessive. I also take 360mg of garlic and I get this from Dulwich Health and it is called AlliTech - it really seems to have helped. I didn't know about the Butchers Broom so am going to have alook at this. Good luck and keep warm x

I have just bought some Butchers Broom from my local health food shop so here's hoping that it will help our Raynauds! X let me know how you get on x
