Dear friends. I have been absent for about 4 or 5 months, right since the covid shutdown was enforced in Italy, because of various problems with my computer. I hope all is well with you and your families.
My previous knick name was svanseghe 57. I have now reverted to the one I had when I first joined the site.
As far as I am concerned things are going well. Still have a mild form of Scleroderma and to be honest in the
course of the summer months I don't even realize that I have this disease. Seeing that Adalat is scarse I am taking 30 MG of. Corall.

Hi, I am glad to hear you are not having symptoms at the moment - me too, on the whole! Just recurring mouth ulcers for me over these recent warm summer months. I hope others out there are also getting some respite from their symptoms too. Long may the warm weather continue.
Thanks for the reply. Let's hope the warm weather continues for, as my first specialist said, the cold is our greatest enemy. By the way, what type of ulcers appear in the mouth and are they as painful as the ones that affect our fingers? I get a couple each winter and they last for over three months.Keep well.
For me, I get at least one ulcer on the inside of my lower lip, they are flat and pale in colour, causing redness and swelling around. They last about a week and at the moment I get one every 3 or 4 weeks. I put Bonjella on and it was excruciating, and I don't try to treat them otherwise as although people have said salt rinsing helps, I am scared to make it sting like the Bonjella did. I had a finger ulcer a year ago and feel sorry that you have them that bad over winter because the pain I had with mine was awful at times. I hope you avoid it this winter!
Hi. Bonjela really really hurts/ I am an Igloo fan.....a bit yucky to use but normally cures within two days as it keeps moisture out, hope this may help.
