Hello everyone. Im Morsy. Ive been suffering from Raynauds for the last 5 year. Ive tried advice from pple who also suffer from raynauds. Yes winter is worse but still suffer threw summer too. Not many employers understand my condition nor they want to. Be i take each day aa it comes.

Employers do not understand and a lot of people do not understand. We don't understand either. We have to tell people what we need if we are aware of what it is. The more we speak up the more people will become aware. We must not speak up angrily, but explain as best we can.

Hey Morsy you're right about the not being understood, I work for the NHS and they don't really get it! If your boss is OK you could see your GP and get a 'fit note' it says what you can do and what you shouldn't and any assistance/ adaptations needed, that could help them to see what's going on. (If in UK)

Hello Morsy. What type of work were you doing? If you have joined a Union they could fight on your behalf against unfair dismissal.
