Oxygen abroad

I am hoping to take a trip to Spain in October. Any advice or experience on getting oxygen there would be much appreciated. Is it best to hire and take a portable concentrator with me or arrange somehow to have it delivered. ? I've looked on line but have got a bit confused. Thanks.

When a friend was on oxygen they had to arrange a local delivery to the resort in Portugal. It was all very easily done, your oxygen company here will help arrange it.

Just get in touch with them as they'll have agreements in place in most popular holiday countries. You may need to pay a small fee iirc.

Thanks for replying. I have been in touch with them and they gave me a number to ring but I'm waiting on a call back. Will try them again tomorrow.

Yep they'll be the guys you need to arrange it with. I don't know how much oxygen you normally use, but out in Portugal they provided a massive bottle (non of the normal sized ones here) it was huge lol. But a good idea as it lasted the full holiday.

The ppl you get I touch with with have a tonne of experience, I'm sure your hols will be just fine :D

Bon voyage...
