Lloyds pharmacy has circulation booster gloves,has anyone tried them ??

How do they work?

hi,you wear them i guess for half hour and you have 15 settings , they send pulses to the hands and tips of fingers . its supposed to boost the circulation ,i have not purchased yet so i dont know if raynauds assosiation give these the thumbs up on effectiveness ?

I'm not convinced. Its something to try when watching TV but is a bit of a faff to set up and doesn't feel particularly comfortable. I get warmer hands by squeezing a ball instead, and this is a lot easier to set up ! I quite like circulation booster for feet though - probably because its harder to get those small muscles in your feet contracting yourself - there isn't really an equivalent to squeezing a ball with your toes that's easy to do.
