Hello Ema2. You are right when you say the symptoms seem to increase as the days go by. I think all sufferers of Raynaud's can testify of the same thing. It's all relevant to the Autoimmune disorder of which Raynaud's is just one condition. Of course stress makes matters worse so try to relax as much as possible. Easier to say than do, I know. There are so many other concerns in life apart from health issues that it seems impossible to cope at times, but try your best to take good care of yourself. Keep as warm as possible. Hopefully you are getting the right medication to help you with your circulation. Raynaud's is very troublesome and uncomfortable, it is hard to cope sometimes. I just go with the flow and pray things don't get much worse for me and I hope for the same for others.
I am not sure about the Estrogen never having had any problems in that area but I am sure you will get some helpful information on this forum.
In the meantime please accept my best wishes for more comfortable times. Roll on summer!
