Does anyone know if it's OK to have treatment for thread veins if you have Raynauds and Lupus?

No. You have to ask your rheumatologist.

I would think it's one of those things you'd need to discuss with your consultant rheumatologist - what sorts of treatments would work & what you should avoid. I have EDSH & secondary Raynauds & have had to talk to my consultants on treatments/therapys (i.e. having physiotherapy rather than hydrotherapy - hydrotherapy works better for my EDSH but triggers my Raynauds so physio is a better option).

Speak to your consultant & I'm sure you'll find something you can do to relieve the symptoms. X
