i have raynauds ans i av just started gettinhg red spots on my body

What sort of red spots? I have lots of little 'pinprick' red spots over my arms & legs which could be a possible side effect of having EDSH & Raynauds (the EDSH means I bruise easily). If they are concerning you then talk to your GP/Rheumatologist.

Is your raynauds secondary or primary. If secondary could be a symptom of CREST?..this stands for talagnesia ( don't think that's spelt right) but meaning red spots..

have you been diagnosed with anything else, or just raynauds????? do you see a rhumatolagist for your Rays??????, it may be wise to seek medical help

I have those.They are probably part of crest syndrome.
