What is the temperature in Las Vegas?

During the flight you will have air conditioning. Keep warm. Move as much as you can. Exercise is a good idea and hot drinks if you are cold.

Hi bookworm, I agree with zenabb, I travelled to Melbourne Australia last year and experienced an episode of raynauds during the flight out. Your need to keep yourself warm and be prepared. Wear comfortable warm layers of clothing and remember to take your gloves. Have hot drinks and even a glass of red wine. The air conditioning as mentioned above can cause you problems, I hope this helps, Enjoy !!!

Hiya found it best to wear loose clothes, wear layers, keeping fluid intake up. I followed the inflight exercises, also to keep walking round the plane. Wearing gloves on the plane, keeping warm they provided a blanket so made sure my legs and feet were warm. Take precautions if you suffer from travel sickness. Also suffered from a headache. got bad swollen feet on the way, soon calmed down. try to get plenty of sleep on the plane, easier said then done.

With the food included had a glass of red wine, wore flight socks, took my shoes off.

the flight was ok, just long, got bad jet lag, then a virus.

hope it helps, sorry about delay in replying.

take care
