It’s like every second day I just can’t sleep and go to work and only two to three hours of sleep

Did you try tea. Breathing exercises. I know it is late. But what about a walk.

Yes chamomile and green tea

Going to get bananas and rice as they say that helps

You may have a sleep disorder so should investigate sleep apnoea, Periodic limb movement, Restless Legs Syndrome, and also consider whether maybe you have a problem metabolising tryptophan/serotonin/5-HTP/melatonin (they are all basically the same at different stages in the body). In the latter case ordinary sleep remedies could do harm.
