Hi. I can't sleep, I'm awake all day and night, I got epyleopsy so I do need sleep!! Ask Dr for zoplicon, or temazipam they help alot

I take 600mg gabapentin, tizanidine, ropinirole, Percocet and a fentanyl patch. Still in pain, still can't sleep. I'm still up from yesterday. I'll probably fall asleep for an hour or so soon. But I'm always awake at 3am. Might sleep about 4 but I see the sun come up every day (if there is one, lol). Sleep evades me to the point of depression. It's been going on since 11/19/19, horrible vehicle accident on top of MS. I also need help.

temazipan helps quite a bit with sleep but be aware its easy to get addicted to it theh y0u can't sleep without it! i;m experiencing this nowl if i forget to take my pills i'm up all night and then i realize.....you dumby you forgot your meds!. its scary to be so dependant on this medicine

Hi bryn8787If I don't sleep for 2 night I have a fit/seizure this has happened 4 times this year. My doctor only gives me one zopiclone 7.5mg a night and it does nothing because I've been on sleep pills for years so I buy the blue zops offline its all I can do to get my sleep I've been taking them for years and I'm ok health wise

I have the same problem except that my doctor won’t prescribe me Zopiclone at all because Ihe felt I was getting too dependent on them. Which I was/am, but he prescribed them in the first place. So now I rely on offline supply because I HAVE to sleep and can’t sleep without them. I am trying to cut down now as I’m taking rather more than 7.5g a night. To be honest, I will probably be on them all my life, hopefully just at a much lower dose. Otherwise my health is fine. Good luck with your journey.

Hi ABCD56 I take at least 15 blue zops off line its getting rather costly but if I don't sleep for 2 nights I have a fit/seizure next date had 4 already last one i was on my own and knew it was going to happen so went bed n wen I woke I got the blackist bruise id ever seen so I have to take them good luck

Hi Net65, it’s a relief to find someone in the same position as me. I have to take about the same amount, some nights even that doesn’t work. And I often wake up during the night, they rarely last the whole night. I am trying to taper down because it is expensive, some nights are better than others. I have never tried not taking them at all, I am too scared to do that, so cutting down is the way forward for now. It feels good to be able to talk to someone who doesn’t think 7.5mg is a lot. To me, it’s nothing. I hope you are well
