Hi Junny1. Tea is a personal thing, you drink what you like. I cannot get on with the fruit teas, but have had some benefits from green tea.The shocking one is Japanese gunpowder tea which is lovely. It sounds like it will blow your head off, which in some ways it does. It's a strong tea, so you really must start off small. Just a few grains at the beginning, literally. No tea bag needed at all. I love it, and feel good with it.
