Woke up with a headache again. Was up and down all night. Have been diagnosed with apnea and am waiting for a cpap machine. Due to recall of some machines it is taking a long time to get one I’m so tired it’s hard to keep going Christmas looks like a mountain to me I try to alter my sleep position to help but it does little good sometimes sleeping sitting up helps but not always I guess I’m just whining but it’s very hard I drag myself through each day just looking for encouragement I think

I know how you feel. I have sleep apnea and I use a machine. I just wanted to let you know when you 1st get it it might be a little difficult getting used to, But please do not give up. I tried 2 masks before I found the one I can tolerate, but my 1st 3 days I seriously thought about sending my machine back, But now, I absolutely couldn't live without it and it is so nice to to not wake up choking or snoring from sleep apnea, and no more headaches. I hope you get your machine soon you will learn to love it.

Thank you! I’ve heard this from a few people so I know it will take time. Everyone says like you they can’t live without it now. I hate sleeping sitting up in a chair but sometimes it’s the only way. And to not have a headache every morning would be wonderful.

Yes, you will love it. I breathed through my nose at night so I have a little cushion mask that goes over my nose. But I have experienced with 2 different hose sizes and starting pressures... I have an auto C pap. With a little trial-and-error you will find your perfect everything. Hang in there!

Hi they think my son has sleep apnea . He hasn’t been tested yet but I’m so worried.

Don’t worry! It’s good he found out ! Now they can do something for him before he’s 71 like me and had suffered with it for a lifetime! If I can get used to the equipment anyone can!
