Hi. My first post here. I have had really bad insomnia for the past year, in conjunction with a depressive episode. I have no problem falling asleep. My problem is staying asleep. I use a cpap machine for sleep apnea and I have been on trazadone for a long time to try to resolve this. But it persists. I’m wondering about talking to my doc about trying Neurontin at bed time. Its main purpose is not to help with sleep but I’ve read that it might possibly get me back on track. Has anyone here used it? What has been your experience? Thanks!
