I rarely dream anymore. I’m pretty sure I have developed high functioning anxiety and my mind can’t wait to go to sleep. Through the day, it never stops.

But, in the slim chance I do dream, the are very vivid. And, no rhyme or reason. Some sexual, some work related, some very weird.

What did yours pertain to? Any unresolved issues that might trigger these dreams!

I am currently waiting for sleep clinic referral but my dreams are extremely vivid and weird.. and more often than not are also quite erotic...I am not sure why this is but I remember every little detail!
