So the last decent night sleep I had was just after lockdown started which was in March, some nights I’m awake for about 2-3 hours and then I’ll sleep for an hour and then I’m awake again, other nights it’ll take me ages to settle down and relax to go to sleep, I tend to do a lot of thinking when I go to bed too, sometimes I’ll wake up in the night from a dream and won’t be able to move, but then when I do I’m awake for most of the night.
I’ve made a doctors appointment, so let’s see how I get on.
