It might be worth trying mindfulness/meditation before bed if you haven’t already - don’t get me wrong it doesn’t always work straight away and it’s not for everyone but it can help clear the mind a little. Something else that I find useful is listening to a comedy podcast, as it relaxes me and makes me feel much calmer and ready to sleep.
