Suffered with this for 50 years. Now disabled, activity used to help circulation re why I think poor circulation to brain can be a cause, I also have thin veins , and exposure to Trichlorethylene years ago when insomnia started kept going. You think it'll go away don't you but, sleeping tabs for 50 years of various.certain other symptoms suggest poor circulation. Jaw freezes up in col weather, can't speak only like being drunk. Slurring, want my brain analyzed at death to prove.

GP' s out of their realm , ' nerves? If only they could feel it. They take the easy option. Candida also. No wonder apparently low dose ,less than 10mg can help but what chance in this country. Miles behind USA.where there are open minded doctors-always cold35 but that's me they say thyroid ok been very active roofing, now knee leg blew up , shoulder also drag leg around 2months now want research if possible when dead. You would not believe how fit I was until fairly recent ly. Alas but not healthy, brain fog, no sleep without drugs doctor won't give more gone from 50pressups and running up ladders to a cripple for no apparent reason. I am certain my brain circulation and brain detox is non functional for years. Please read the story of a Scottish GP. Dr.Mason Brown, he worked it all out 10 years ago, he can no longer prescribe as he's retired he suffered environment illness of which our narrow minded gp'sdo not consider
