Never feel rested on 7+ hours and don't get that often

Hi,

I've been grappling with poor sleep for probably 20 years (I'm 66, have fibro, PsA, Hashimotos, others). If I do somehow get a total of 7 hours, still feel really tired when get up. Sometimes I get 6/7 total hours and it feels like 5 (really feel sleep-deprived). I always wake at least 2-3 times during the night (not to go to the bathroom), typically 4-5 and it used to be 15-20, I'm not kidding. But usually can get get to sleep within 10-15' after going to bed. During the night, I've been known to stay awake for an hour and sometimes just call it and start my day.

Telling me to have a 'regular sleep schedule' won't work because I'm a musician and those nights when I have a rehearsal or concert mean I don't get to bed until 11:30-12. Through trial and error, take some supplements that seem to work for me now and found that any type of B-vitamin tends to make things worse (like in Pro-Energy for fibro which used to be my go-to) Think things changed 8-ish years ago too, so I'm having to recheck what I do.

Looking forward to reading about the rest of you ;-).

Geri

Your illnesses all tend to make one have insomnia. Take a large dose of THC/CBD oil about 1-2 hours before you go to bed. 2000 mgs of magnesium helps also.
