I'm an autistic dork who've suffered a variety of sleep issues over the course of my life. Sleep issues appear to be a common disorder among a lot of people and I'd like to learn more thereof.

Discipline seems to be my biggest stumbling block when I comes to sleep. How about you? One is not suppose to do any reading in bed. When the house is cool that is easier said than done. Who wants to get up & move into a cold room to read when they cannot sleep? I took a sleep kit test & they sent back many food choice recommendations (based on finger stick results), such as eat some sour cherries in the evenings. It takes discipline to keep things like this up. You end up trying to juggle so many recommendations it gets tiring. One would think this would help you sleep!
