Previously past 6-7 months i was all positive and happy about the world it was like i could enjoy every moment but after that night i seem to have no reason to live no spark to keep going in the endless abyss ny though became saggy and i cant sleep at night as everyone sleeps i m just like stuck on my breath which is reapted over n over n over i just dont feel right help

When you say negative though (sic) and thing came rushing to me, what exactly do you mean? When you say it felt like your last sleep, do you mean death?

It appears, from what I can understand, is that you have had an intensely negative thought/feeling which has been associated with your breathing at night. Is that right?

It all started one night when i had a nose congestion i was about to sleep and suddenly woke up due because of less oxygen that i was getting and the first though came to me was that it was death and suddenly i started focusing on my breath and wasn't able to sleep for 2 hours till the congestion was little relif from that night onwards i m continously being focusing on my breath and my head is like counteracting my trying to be positive thought with negative ones. During my previous 6-9 months i had made a habit of counteracting my negative thought with postive one by looping it. It helped me to ne postive and happy but now that habit is being counter counterd by my negative thoughts

Have you an underlying anxiety disorder or is there an ongoing breathing disorder?

It seems extreme to take such a reaction after a little difficulty breathing to have a continued fear/anxiety unless its an ongoing complaint.

It may well be worth meditating on death a little. I like this little bit from Alan Watts:

Hope some of that makes sense.

It could be that you've re-triggered the anxiety with the breath difficulty and the continuing rumination.

It might be nothing more is needed than refocusing on your breath at different times of the day and reassure yourself your breathing is normal, then you distract yourself and go about your normal day. It could jump you out of this thinking rut you are in.
